“We are seeing a growing demand in fine arts and crafts events, ” said Anne Mulligan, artist and event coordinator. “People really want to own original work, and talk to the creator, to learn about the process. Artists and Artisans will be a venue for real people to buy good, regionally-crafted handmade work.”

Bringing Arts Back to Stratford

Artists and crafters in Stratford have received positive support and reception from the Guild’s past events, including Art in the Alley, Art in the Studio, and recent shows at The Wine Maker’s Boutique, pairing locally-made wine and with fine art.

“We are thrilled to offer this event to artists and crafters in Connecticut,” said Roger Salls, president of The Stratford Arts Guild. “Stratford has expressed a greater desire for more and better arts and crafts. We couldn’t be happier to be able provide it.”

Registration forms and payment options are available at http://stratfordartsguild.net, or by calling the Guild at 203-375-1258.
