Stroke Clinic
The Stroke Clinic is excellent preparation for swimmers interested in joining the Bridgeport-Stratford YMCA (BSY) swim team. Emphasis is on technique and skill refinement for both new and returning swimmers. The one hour sessions, held each day, will cover the four competitive strokes (freestyle, back, breast, and butterfly), as well as competition starts and turns.
Ages - 5 to 18 years

When - Monday, April 16 – Friday, April 20 (5:30-6:30pm: All new swimmers, and returning swimmers that are 8 years old and under; 6:30-7:30pm: Returning swimmers that are 9 years old or older)
Cost - Member $30; Non-Member $40
