This fun workout is 50 minutes of Zumba and Zumba Toning followed by 30 minutes of Aqua Zumba. Cost is $20 and preregistration is required. You should wear comfortable workout clothes and low-tread sneakers. Also bring a supportive batching suit, water, and towels.
