Harassment And Breach Of Peace: Stratford Police Reports

STRATFORD, CT — The following information was provided by the Stratford Police Department. All charges are allegations at the time of publication.

• Joni Arrighi, 66, of the 100 block of Cedar Knoll Drive, was charged with operation while under the influence after an incident June 17.

• Leah Duca, 20, of the 300 block of Castle Drive, was charged with breach of peace after an incident June 18.

• Emma Porrello, 29, of Shelton, was charged with operation while under the influence, reckless driving and operating with registration or license suspended or revoked after an incident June 19.

• Edna Rodriguez-Silva, 34, of New York, New York, was charged with larceny after an incident June 20.

• Melanie Jean Oakley, 38, of the 100 block of Freeman Avenue, was charged with failure to appear after an incident June 20.
