If You See Reckless Bicycling, Call The Cops: Stratford Police
Residents experiencing issues with erratic bicycle or motor bike operation are encouraged to contact police.
STRATFORD, CT — Stratford police are working to address concerns about reckless bicycling in town, the department announced Thursday, after complaints in the last two years grew so numerous that the town adopted stricter ordinances and penalties for violations.
Residents experiencing issues with erratic bicycle or motor bike operation should call police dispatch to file a complaint at 203-385-4100, according to a department news release.
Residents can also use the TIP411 app, which allows for anonymous tips to be sent to police, along with photo and video evidence. TIP411 does not replace 911 and in the event of an emergency or crime in progress, residents are encouraged to call police dispatch at 203-385-4100 or 911.
