Introduction to Financial Planning Basics
Do you have a financial plan? Do you know where to start? Find out what you need to know to get started planning your financial future.
July 1st, 7pm in the Lovell Room: Introduction to Financial Planning Basics.
This program is part of the Library's “Money Smart” program series, we have partnered with the Financial Planning Association on “An Introduction to Financial Planning Basics” on Monday, July 1 at 7 pm. The program is free and open to the public. The program will assist patrons on how to gather information needed to create the correct plan, put that plan into action and monitor it over the long haul. Guest speaker at the program will be Geoffrey Kanner, CFP, of Kanner Financial Services, LLC.
The Financial Planning Association provides free speakers to area libraries who request them. The professionals are there to share expertise – not to recruit business – and help participants discover what to do in order to start planning a personal financial future.
