When I decided to run for mayor, I promised you, the citizens of Stratford, that I would deliver a campaign of honest debate on the issues that are important to you. In other words, I would refrain from false attacks on my opponent’s character and concentrate on working for you.

I’ve instructed my supporters to follow the same practice and to take the high road when confronted with unprofessional behavior. I am proud of my supporters for displaying great integrity and professionalism throughout this campaign’s journey.
