Join us for National Dance Day in Stratford

Join Get Healthy CT at our 4th Annual National Dance Day event from 10 AM-1 PM on Paradise Green in Stratford. Rain location is The Star Factory, located at 3520 Main Street, Stratford.

National Dance Day is an annual celebration that takes place on the last Saturday in July. This grassroots campaign encourages Americans to embrace dance as a fun form of physical activity. Get Healthy CT is a coalition dedicated to preventing and reducing obesity and chronic illnesses.

This fun event will feature interactive dance demonstrations from 7 local dance studios, free prize drawings, displays from local organizations, healthy living tips/information and much more! Fun for all ages!
