Larceny and Assault: Stratford Police Reports

STRATFORD, CT — The following information was provided by the Stratford Police Department. All charges are allegations at the time of publication.

• Robert Northrop, 41, of Derby, was arrested June 16 and charged with operating under the influence.

• Charles Sherman Capers, 33, of the 200 block of Chelsea Street, was arrested June 16 and charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

• Carina Krischlunas-Ball, 52, of the 200 block of McGrath Court, was arrested June 15 and charged with larceny.

• Kyle Scott Cichowicz, 27, of the 3300 block of Main Street, was arrested June 14 and charged with assault.

• Danuta M. Jachym, 61, of Nassau, New York, was arrested June 14 and charged with larceny.

• Michael Papcun, 37, of the 300 block of Thompson Street, was arrested June 14 and charged with two counts of violation of probation.

• Yvette Brooks, 50, of New Haven, was arrested June 14 and charged with failure to appear.
