Man Charged, Arrested In Stratford Burglary

The man was identified as a suspect through surveillance video and other evidence, according to police.

STRATFORD, CT — A Norwalk man was recently arrested in connection with a residential burglary in Stratford, according to police. Thomas Caves, 25, is accused of stealing a set of tools in August 2018 from a home on Bridgeview Place, Stratford police Capt. Frank Eannotti stated in an email.

Caves was identified as a suspect during the investigation through surveillance video and other evidence, according to Eannotti. A warrant was issued for Caves and he was arrested June 26 while at court, Eannotti stated. Caves is charged with burglary, larceny and criminal mischief.
