Man Shot Multiple Times In Stratford: Police

Police are investigating a shooting that occurred early Thursday morning in Stratford.

STRATFORD, CT — A 27-year-old man was hospitalized after being shot multiple times early Thursday morning in Stratford, according to police. At about 2 a.m. on Jan. 3, Stratford Police received several reports of shots fired in the area of Fisher Court.

Police said responding officers located a 27-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds in an interior residential backyard on Fisher Court. The victim was taken to Bridgeport Hospital via Stratford EMS. He is in stable condition, according to police. No further information was immediately available.
