The Stratford Partnership for Youth & Families is community Coalition working to increase community collaboration and reduce youth substance use and abuse, including underage drinking and marijuana use. The Coalition works to strengthen developmental assets, the positive qualities and experiences that help our children and youth thrive. The more assets, such as integrity, family support, and responsibility, in a young person’s life, the more likely they are to avoid drugs and alcohol.
