Movin' On Up: Transition Program for Rising 6th Graders

Movin' On Up explores the social and emotional transitions that may occur when students make the move from elementary to middle school

2018 Movin’ On Up to Middle School

Stratford, Connecticut (April 2, 2018) – The Stratford Public Schools and Town of Stratford Community Services is sponsoring the annual Movin’ On Up program for rising sixth grade students and their families. Movin’ On Up explores the social and emotional transitions that may occur when students make the move from elementary to middle school. Students and families are invited to attend the event at the middle school they will attend in Fall 2018:
