New Coronavirus Case At Stratford High School
The person who tested positive was last in school Tuesday and has been instructed to self-isolate for 10 days.
STRATFORD, CT — A member of the Stratford High School community recently tested positive for the coronavirus, according to the superintendent.
The person was last in school Tuesday and has been instructed to self-isolate for 10 days, Superintendent Janet Robinson said in a letter Thursday to parents and staff. Anyone considered a close contact of the person has been notified by officials and given instructions on what steps to take.
The case this week is the second to be disclosed at Stratford High School, where an employee tested positive for the virus last month.

Additionally, the Bunnell High School building is closed until Monday, after several members of the school community were confirmed in late September to have the virus.
A Second Hill Lane School staff member also tested positive for the coronavirus the first week of classes.
