Obituary: Laura Price, 35; Veteran Stratford Dispatcher
Funeral arrangements have been set for Laura Price, who also served as a volunteer firefighter in Shelton for 15 years.

Laura Price, 35, of Seymour, entered into rest on Monday, August 8, 2016 in Bridgeport Hospital. She is the devoted wife of 8 years to William Price. Laura was born in Bridgeport on January 5, 1981.
She is the loving daughter of Richard A. Fee, Jr. and Sandra L. Carlson Fee and loving sister of Ron Fee and his wife Audrey. She is the beloved mother of Ethan Price, and Joseph Price, caring stepmother of Samantha Vizzo and her husband Brian, and Rebecca Lukaszewski. She is the cherished step grandmother of Connor Vizzo, Saleen Vizzo, and Arabella Lukaszewski. She enjoyed line dancing, boating and water skiing with her brother, and vacationing and spending time with her son. She was also an animal lover.
She started her career as a part time dispatcher for the Shelton Police Department. She then accepted a full-time position as a dispatcher for the Stratford Police Department eight years ago. Laura had been a Volunteer Firefighter at Pine Rock Fire Company # 4 in Shelton for 15 years.

Friends may greet her family on Wednesday August 17, 2016 from 2 to 6 PM in the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton. Her funeral service will follow on Wednesday at 6 PM in the funeral home.
