Puppy needs your help

Please consider a donation for the puppy named Champ who became ill as a result of backyard breeding and neglect. Thanks in advance.

The Stratford Animal Rescue Society is raising money to help Champ. Champ came to be at the Stratford Animal Control Facility as a result of a backyard breeder and neglect situation. Champ became suddenly ill and was diagnosed with roundworm, giardia and parvovirus.
Canine parvovirus (CPV) disease is currently the most common infectious disorder of dogs in the United States. Due to its ability to be transmitted through hands, clothes, and most likely rodents and insects, it is virtually impossible to have a kennel that will not eventually be exposed to the disease.
Champ is currently at Shoreline Veterinary Clinic receiving intensive around the clock care. He has a loving adoptive home to to go to when he recovers but we need help to pay for his extensive medical care. Please consider making a tax deductible donation.
