STRATFORD, CT — A Stratford family is displaced after a house fire early Monday morning, according to the fire department. The incident took place shortly after midnight in the zero block of Clifflawn Road, the Stratford Fire Department said in a news release.
Firefighters arrived to find smoke coming from the roof and a fire in the attic, the department said. The blaze was extinguished within minutes and contained to the attic.

No injuries were reported, but the family will be relocated until repairs can be made, according to the department. The cause is under investigation.
