Stratford High To Play Special 'Light Blue' Charity Baseball Game
Broadcaster & sports radio personality Ed Randall will be at the game, which raises funds, awareness for his Fans For The Cure foundation.

STRATFORD, CT — The Stratford High School and Notre Dame-Fairfield baseball teams will once again play in a charity game this weekend at Penders Field.
Stratford will host the special “Light Blue” charity baseball game for Fans For The Cure, a prostate cancer awareness and education foundation started by sports radio personality and baseball broadcaster Ed Randall.
The game is set for this Saturday, May 6 at Penders Field with first pitch scheduled for 4 p.m.

Randall, a prostate cancer survivor and awareness advocate who plans to be at the game, can now be heard on Sirius XM’s MLB Radio (Channel 89) with his Saturday morning “Remember When” show running from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Both teams will promote the Light Blue theme by wearing special Light Blue sleeved shirts underneath their uniforms.

Stratford will don special Light Blue game hats for the event.
Admission to the game is free, but fans and friends coming to the game are urged to drop donations for Fans For The Cure in the special basket that will be out by the backstop.
