Stratford Man Accused Of Staying At Dead Person's Home: Report
Police said he is accused of stealing a gun from the dead person's home in Norwalk.
NORWALK, CT — Police said a Stratford man is accused of stealing a gun from a dead person's home in Norwalk, the Norwalk Hour reported. Police said Julius Beau, 19, broke into a dead person’s residence on Riverside Avenue and began staying at the home.
According to the Norwalk Hour, police said the accused stole a pistol and some coins while staying at the residence. Police said the accused admitted he gave the gun to a friend, and detectives were later able to recover it.
The accused was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of sixth-degree larceny and stealing a firearm, according to the police arrest log.
