
STRATFORD, CT — A Stratford man was arrested this week after police say he was found to be in the possession of child pornography, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports Karl Newbauer, 56, of Lambert Drive, was charged with third-degree possession of child pornography. He was also arrested for possession of child pornography in 2000 and had been on the sex offender registry, according to the Post.
Newbauer is being held on a $75,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 21, according to state judicial records.
