Stratford Man Charged With Burglary, DUI: Naugatuck Police
Police say the accused entered the home without permission.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A Stratford man is accused of entering a former girlfriend's house without permission and when Naugatuck Police found him, he was driving while under the influence of alcohol, police said.
On May 16 at 4:10 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend, police said. Michael Romero, 63, of Woodend Road, entered the victim's home without permission, police said.
He left the home prior to police arrival and he was found driving while under the influence of alcohol, police said.

He is charged with second-degree burglary, illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and disorderly conduct. He was given a $5,000 bond.
