Stratford Man Charged At Downtown Restaurant: Milford PD

Police say the accused "attempted to fight with police after being asked to leave."

MILFORD, CT — A Stratford man, Brendan Gloss, 24, of River Valley Road, is accused of attempting to fight with police after being asked to leave a downtown Milford restaurant, police said.

On Dec. 14, police responded to Citrus at 56 South Broad St. on a report of an unwanted person, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Gloss, who was "uncooperative with restaurant staff and attempted to fight with police after being asked to leave the restaurant due to his intoxication level," police said in a news release.

He is charged with interfering with an officer and was given a court date of Jan. 7.
