STRATFORD, CT — Stratford police are attempting to identify a person who was seen entering vehicles June 21 in the Stonybrook area of town, according to a department news release. Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Todd Moore at 203-381-6902 or tmoore1@townofstratford.com.
