STRATFORD, CT — Several Stratford residents were recently big winners on Connecticut Lottery games, according to officials. In addition to Stephanie Buzbee winning twice in the same day, two other Stratford residents were winners in Lottery games played last week.
Kendell Lawhorn won $21,000 on a Blackjack scratch-off that was sold at Barnum Discount Liquor in Stratford on April 26.
Lamar Chambers won $26,000 on a Keno ticket that was sold at Mercury #25 in Danbury on April 24.
