STRATFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Samia Ramos, 15, who was reported missing from Stratford on Feb. 4.
Ramos has black hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a black jacket, dark sweater and black jeans.
