STRATFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Kate Lafond, 16, who has been missing from Stratford since Dec. 18. Lafond is an endangered runaway, according to state police.
She has black hair and brown eyes and is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds, according to police. She was last seen wearing a black hat, a gray and black jacket, blue jeans and blue Adidas shoes. A photo wasn’t provided.
