Traffic Stop Ends With Drug Charge For Stratford Man: Police
He admitted he had cocaine in his pocket, police stated.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Stratford man is charged with drug possession after a traffic stop Sunday morning in Fairfield, according to police.
Just after 10 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle suspected of being involved in a hit-and-run, a news release from Fairfield police stated. Driver Mark T. Fabrizi admitted while being interviewed by officers that he had several grams of cocaine in his pocket, according to police.
Fabrizi, 28, was charged with drug possession, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and failure to insure a vehicle, police stated. He is set to appear in court July 30, according to police.
