Woman Arrested In Stratford In 2017, Charged In Milford: PD

Police said they responded to a domestic violence call, which resulted in two arrests.

MILFORD, CT — A New Haven man is accused of grabbing a woman by the hair and forcibly removing her from a car, Milford Police said.

On Dec. 9, police responded to a Woodmont Road motel on a report of a possible domestic violence incident, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Troy Holtzer, 38, of Howe Street in New Haven, who is accused of grabbing a female by the hair and arm, while forcefully pulling her out of the vehicle in the motel parking lot, police said.

Further investigation led to the arrest of Wendy Lynch, 44, of Chesterfield Road in East Lyme, who was found to have an active warrant for her arrest, police said. Lynch is accused of failing to appear in court on Nov. 27 stemming from a larceny arrest in Stratford on February 15, 2017, police said.

Holtzer is charged with second-degree threatening and breach of peace and Lynch is charged with second-degree failure to appear. Lynch was held in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
