Yes, You Can Learn the Ukulele
Strum the simplest and most accessible of the stringed instruments with your Stratford neighbors.
A six week beginner level ukulele workshop for adults 18 years and up who seek to learn the ukulele in a fun, stress free environment begins in Stratford on Wed, Sept 18th at 7:15 -8:45 PM. The workshop is a part of Stratford/Trumbull Adult continuing education program offerings held at Wooster Middle School.
It's facilitated by ukulelist Nina Lesiga, who will coach participants to play music of all genres using basic chords. Learn at least twelve great songs. One more person is needed for the beginner level workshop to run. Please spread the word! Here is a description and registration information

Stratford resident Nina Lesiga teaches ukulele at Sterling House and learning programs in Stratford, Norwalk and Waterbury, CT. She has a passion for pop-up spontaneous ukulele playing.
