The Annual Torchlight Parade &amp; Tree Lighting Ceremony will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2010 starting at 6:30 p.m. A parade line-up is at 6:00pm at Noden Reed Park followed by the parade to Town Hall to light the Christmas trees out in front of the building. All residents are invited to march in this traditional festive parade. Entertainment and refreshments will be provided by the Windsor Locks Congregational Church in the Town Hall gym following the parade.  Santa will also be there to get everyone's wish list.
