Beginnings" is a musical piece written by Buryl Red and Ragan Courtney and takes listeners on a musical journey starting with the beginning of the earth and the fall of man; the beginning of restoration with the coming of Christ; and ending with salvation that had its beginning so long ago.
The concert will be presented by the SBC Sanctuary Choir under the direction of our music director, Evelyne Battle and accompanied by Jean Aldrich-Jones on piano, Ed Napolski on organ and Dan Albert on percussion. The piece will be narrated by the Reverend Erica Wimber Avena and Christopher Berrien. All are welcome!
