Tie Dye for Teens

Come learn to tie dye on Wednesday, July 13 at 1:30 p.m. Teens, ages 11-16 should bring a pre-washed white cotton tee shirt to the library and create unique designs using tie dye. While you're waiting for the die to set during this hour long program, each crafter will receive a cotton tote bag to decorate using fabric paint. Remember, dye and paint can stain the clothes you're wearing as well - wear something you won't mind potentially staining. Registration starts on Wednesday, June 29. This program is sponsored by The Friends of Kent Memorial Library.
