Lunchtime Yoga” (New)
Enjoy all the benefits of Yoga as we practice and enjoy a healthy de-stressing lunch time. Vinyasa flow style of yoga is empowering, edgy, creative and athletic for any level. We will use specific sequences to create a practice that is challenging and healing for everyone. This class will help you clear your mind of everyday thoughts. Practicing yoga creates a satisfying and rewarding feeling of achievement. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement and bring a water bottle and a Yoga Mat.

Better Your Body with Boxilates!
This fun fit - kit class will consist of a combination of both kickboxing and Mat Pilates. This fused class will help give you a strong core as well as a complete cardiovascular workout. Lunchtime Walkers (FREE)
Get in shape this fall and join a fun group of walkers! Did you know you should be walking 10,000 steps a day? Let’s enjoy the beautiful fall weather get motivated and go on a lunch time walk. All levels and abilities welcome. We will go over warming up, fitness walking and have a fun time getting you re-energized for the rest of the day! We will walk rain or shine so please bring proper gear. Even if you can only walk for a half hour, you are encouraged to join the group! Prizes will be awarded to the most dedicated walkers!! All ages and levels are welcome-our class consists of all groups including seniors, college students, and new parents with strollers and workers looking to get fit during their lunch hour!

Friends and Family Bowling Nights!

Inclusive programs
These programs foster friendships, socialization, promote community involvement and independence. This group enjoys educational presentations, fitness activities, crafting classes, games and evening trips that are inclusive. Many fun outings throughout the year are held. The program is for high school students through adult. Enrollment is on a first come first paid basis. Volunteers are always welcome. Bowling Buddies and Outing Group
Enjoy a great evening of bowling and meeting new friends. Get some exercise and have some fun! This is for high school students through adults. Volunteer special partners, coaches and helpers are always needed and welcome! Many trips and event nights are held throughout the year!

Penguins and Polar Bears - ART-ventures for Kids
Embark upon a journey through the Arctic and Antarctic regions to learn about the captivating lives of penguins, polar bears and other cold-weather creatures. In this fun, art-packed series, art explorers- equipped with a myriad of unique materials, tools and techniques, set out on an adventure across frozen tundra to discover life in and around the icy waters of the earth's Poles. Sculpt clay polar bears and penguin reliefs. Build sand castle lighthouses and create shimmery sea jellies. Paint sharks or fish on stretched canvases. Design hats as colorful as the Northern Lights, make gyotaku fish print aprons and transform plain t-shirts into oceans teeming with creatures. Explore the art of decoupage, collage, stained glass and more while learning fun facts about endangered creatures and the importance of being kind to our earth and oceans. *Children may bring a snack to eat during this program.

Children will engage in strength, core and agility training, plyometrics and other training exercises. The class focus is to motivate with positivity and fun activities in a safe nonjudgmental environment. It is geared towards making fitness a lifestyle! Your child will have a blast with their new “fitness squad” friends.

Speed Training Clinic (Grades 3-8)
This clinic offers a great cross training workout for athletes! Participants will learn to perform a proper warm-up before exercise, focus on the best practices of acceleration and change of direction, cool down of static stretches and core exercises. This clinic will help both boys and girls that participate in any sport, looking to enhance coordination, running technique, body weight strength, first step quickness, flexibility, injury prevention, weight loss, and most importantly a better sense of self confidence.

Fast Break Fun
This fun-filled basketball clinic will introduce young athletes to a fresh new approach to basketball skills and techniques. Whether your season has already begun or you are looking for a preseason warm-up, this clinic, run by local residents and coaches, Becky Klein and Jason Qua, will provide you with an opportunity to improve your skills in a friendly and enthusiastic atmosphere. Emphasis will be placed on developmentally appropriate offensive and defensive skills as well as sportsmanship and team work.
