Police say the 21-year-old was killed in a rollover crash on Main Street.

SUFFIELD, CT — An online fundraiser has been launched for the Jamrog family after the death of Christian Jamrog, a 21-year-old Suffield man who was killed in a crash Tuesday night in Windsor Locks.

The GoFundMe says the family is dealing with the sudden loss of a beloved son and brother while also facing funeral and probate expenses.

The campaign also describes the family as the kind of people who have long been quick to help others in need, and says this is now a moment for the community to return that support.

Police said a preliminary investigation found the red Dodge 2500 pickup was traveling southbound on Main Street, went off the road on the west side just south of Suffield Street, then returned to the roadway and rolled several times, ejecting the driver.

Officers, firefighters and EMS personnel attempted lifesaving measures, but Jamrog was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Anyone wishing to donate can do so through the GoFundMe campaign, “Support the Jamrog Family After Tragic Loss.”
