• Mechanical issue may have caused Suffield school bus crash, officials say (ctinsider.com) — A school bus carrying Shepaug Valley students to the Big E crashed into a building on South Grand Street in Suffield, injuring ten students and a teacher, all since released with minor injuries. Officials suspect a mechanical issue, and local police and ambulance crews transported the victims to nearby hospitals while the investigation continues.
