PHOTOS: Tour the Suffield Fire Museum

Fire apparatus from the early 20th century through today is on exhibit, as well as numerous photos and documents.

The Suffield Fire Museum is located behind the fire station at 73 Mountain Road. It was opened in 1990.

The museum contains photos, documents and historic fire equipment from the beginning of the 20th century, including a horse-drawn ladder truck and a hand-drawn hose cart.

To make an appointment to visit the Fire Museum, call the town fire department at (860) 668-3888. Admission is free.
