Friends and Family Bowling Nights!
Real fun – real value!!! Get the family together for some real fun this spring. Bowl for 8 weeks for only $10.00 per week. This is a program for all ages and each week participants will bowl three games. Everyone who joins will receive a white dot bowling ball! Shoe rental not included.

“Stretch & Strength” (New time!)
Get ready for a great workout. In this class you will explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga as we flow through a fun, accessible and very affordable practice. Regardless of your flexibility or fitness level, this yoga class will help you get a great workout, become more mindful of your body and revitalize your mind!

Fit Kit Gliding Express
This 30 minute super intense, low impact class lets you use your entire body for a strength and conditioning workout while using mini gliders that glide over carpet at your feet. Hand weights are also used for upper body. This class offers a great workout to kick start your morning and keep you motivated all day long. All Levels are welcome!

Spring Shape Up! (NEW)
This fun express workout gives the participants a variety of different exercises in one class. Get toned in this versatile class with multiple forms of exercise in ONE great training session. Techniques will range from Kickboxing, Pilates, Plyometrics and toning! The workout will be challenging yet instructional as well. It will be a great way to shape up and get ready for swimsuit weather! All levels are welcome.

Container Gardening with Perennials (New!)
Annuals shouldn't be the only type of plant on the container stage! Landscape designer and decorator, Julie Harrison will demonstrate how to incorporate perennials into your planters and container gardens for beautiful, long lasting results. Julie will share her secrets to planting successfully and have examples for sale at the completion of the talk. This is a new gardening class taught by Julie Harrison a horticultural expert with over ten years of experience in landscape design and gardening. Julie is also a regularly featured guest on WFSB’s daily show Better Connecticut where her segments as the show’s Garden Guru can be seen every Monday.

Natural Lawn/Garden Care Workshop – Free New!
Are you interested in learning new ways to keep your lawn and garden looking great naturally? This workshop is for you!
Join Aimee Petras, Education & Outreach Coordinator for the Farmington River Watershed Association in this fun and educational workshop that teaches you ways to get your lawn in shape without using chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Skeptical-and want to learn more? Attend this important workshop and learn tips for mowing, seeding, watering and ways to manage common weeds and pests that can complicate natural lawn care all year long.

Make Your Own Creative Cards! (Grades 1-5) NEW!
Children will have an enjoyable afternoon while making beautiful original card creations using recycled cards. We will turn recycled all occasion cards and calendars into treasures in this fun and creative class. Participants will also learn about Earth Day and more ways to recycle in this fun class. Please have your child bring or wear an old T-shirt/clothes to class. A snack will be provided.

This clinic offers a great cross training workout for athletes! Participants will learn to perform a proper warm-up before exercise, focus on the best practices of acceleration and change of direction, cool down of static stretches and core exercises. This clinic will help both boys and girls that participate in any sport, looking to enhance coordination, running technique, body weight strength, first step quickness, flexibility, injury prevention, weight loss, and most importantly a better sense of self confidence.

Advanced Speed Training Clinic (Grades 7-12) (New!)
Get ready for a high energy, motivating and educational Speed and Agility training clinic for advanced Jr. High School and High School athletes! This clinic is specially designed for past participants of the Speed Training Clinics or those that are very active in sports currently that are looking to get an edge for the Spring Sports season.
