Suffield To Host Solar Workshop

An announcement from the Suffield Economic Development office.

Suffield is hosting a free Solar Workshop on Tuesday, February 3 at 7 pm, at Suffield High School Auditorium, 1060 Sheldon Street, Suffield(snow date Tuesday, February 17 in same location). Suffield is working in coalition with the towns of East Granby, Windsor and Windsor Locks to provide residents deep discounts and energy savings that come with installing solar through this unique towns and state sponsored program. Residents must sign a contract by April 8, 2015 to qualify for Solarize Suffield pricing.

First Selectman Edward McAnaney supports the program, “The Town of Suffield is happy to have been selected to bring renewable energy opportunities to our residents. It is for that reason that we support the Solarize CT campaign to offer solar energy opportunities at a reduced cost to our residents. Solar energy has proven to offer several benefits including reduced utility bills and energy independence. I encourage you to attend one of the public events that will occur in the coming weeks to learn more about this great opportunity to purchase solar equipment for your home.”

Solarize East Granby-Suffield-Windsor-Windsor Locks selected C-TEC Solar as its official solar installer, who offers significant discounts in exchange for outreach and education provided by the towns. The more residents participate in the program, the more the price drops, with all residents receiving the lowest possible price for their installation no matter when they sign up for the program.

Refer anyone in East Granby, Suffield, Windsor or Windsor Locks to C-TEC Solar for their solar installation and receive $100 per referral!

Refer anyone outside of East Granby, Suffield, Windsor or Windsor Locks and receive $500 per referral!

There is NO limit! Just make sure your referral mentions who or where they were referred by in their FIRST CONTACT with C-TEC Solar (to avoid any confusion during the process). You will then receive your check upon completion of the referred customers solar installation!
