SFN Sterling Fit “Naturally” and the Suffield Senior Center has joined forces to conveniently serve the Active Adult Community with fitness and wellness services

Beginning January 6th 2015 at 6:30 p.m. and every uesday and Thursday SFN will be at the center holding Zumba Gold classes

Come and join us “Lets all Burn 500 calories in I Hour of  class”
