Aaden Moreno's Father Pleads 'Not Guilty' in Murder of Son
Tony Moreno was arrested after reportedly throwing his 7-month-old son off the Arrigoni Bridge before jumping himself.

Middletown resident Tony Moreno, 21, pleaded not guilty after allegedly throwing his baby son off the Arrigoni Bridge in July 2015.
He placed the plea in court on Thursday, Sept. 10, Fox CT reported.
Moreno reportedly called family on the phone on Sunday, July 5, and talked about jumping off the Arrigoni Bridge in Middletown. The person Moreno spoke to told police they heard Aaden in the background.

When police arrived on scene, they reported seeing Moreno jump from the bridge, but did not see Aaden. A search for the baby was conducted and his body recovered near the Swing Bridge in East Haddam on Tuesday, July 7.
Moreno was charged with murder and murder with special circumstances. He is being held on $2 million bond.
