"I love the area. It’s been a very peaceful and fertile place to build this business. This is our 10-year anniversary and the studio continues to grow and expand. For this, I am very grateful," he says.

For Sakolsky, the most important ingredient for his success is "clarity of intention and knowing the nuts and bolts of how to create successfully."

To get to know Sakolsky and his business better, we asked him a few questions. This is what he said.

Question: Going into business for yourself is incredibly hard. What made you take the leap? It wasn't really a leap for me. I've always worked for myself and it was a natural outgrowth of what I'd been involved with for years.

Question: How long did it take to go from idea to first customer? Not long...it all flowed very naturally and smoothly.

Question: What do you find the most rewarding about what you do? There are two things....1) being able to support a client's vision and see how fulfilled and happy they are  2) being able to invent something I've never done before.

Question: What's the biggest challenge you face in your business today? Learning how to handle the growth that wants to occur.

Question: What are you doing to attract and retain your customers during the economic recession? Word of mouth has been golden. I’ve recently launched a Facebook biz page so folks can have more access to get involved with the work.

Question: When people think of your business, what sets you apart from others? My versatility, the quality and ease of service.

Question: Now for the classic interview question, where do you see yourself in five years? Making movies as writer, composer, director and actor, in addition to growing different arms and branches of the studio. I have zoning to build another studio building on my property and I’d like to see that up and running as well.

Question: What's your best advice for someone looking to start their own business?  Make sure you really love what you want to do. Then learn everything you can about building successfully.
