Until March 4th, East Haddam Preschool is collecting clothing, shoes (bagged separately), handbags, linens, belts, stuffed animals, bikes, and hard toys smaller than 24"x24"x21". Items must be in a well-tied plastic bag and dropped off at the preschool prior to March 3rd.
Through the cooperation of Fashion Republic Inc., East Haddam Preschool will be paid per pound for items collected.
Fashion Republic then ships the items gathered to countries in need like Poland, Republic of Georgia, Ghana, Liberia, Honduras, Nicaragua, Haiti, India, Mali, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Kenya.
No over-sized toys, strollers, high chairs, car seats, cribs, play centers, bouncers, walkers, or swings. For additional information, contact the preschool at 860.873.8250
