Haddam Firefighters Respond to Two Car Accidents in One Day

After one accident, a driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

The Haddam Volunteer Fire Company responded to two motor vehicle accidents on Oct. 21. At 2 p.m., a driver leaving a parking area off Saybrook Road backed into a light pole at a gas station, crossed Saybrook Road, and struck a telephone pole. The driver was transported to Middesex Hospital via East Haddam Ambulance with minor injuries.
