HKMS Students D.A.R.E. to Graduate

195 sixth graders graduated from the D.A.R.E. program at Haddam-Killingworth Middle School.

 

On a warm June morning, 195 sixth graders graduated from the D.A.R.E. program at . The ceremony was held in the school auditorium.

At the ceremony, each student was given a D.A.R.E. certificate and other goodies, according to Haddam Tfc. Milardo. Haddam First Selectman Paul DeStefano and Killingworth First Selectwoman Catherine Inno were on hand for the event.

Afterwards, students were able to go outside and participate in various activities, along with their instructors, Tfc. Enrico Milardo , Tfc. Matthew Ward and Tfc. Tom Topulos. Tfc. Jim Connely was also present to show his support, although he is reported as still recovering from shoulder surgery.
