Jenna Lee Riley, 15, of Moodus, Passes Away Unexpectedly

A talented and much-loved student at the 'Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts' in Hartford died on Thursday, September 20, 2012.

 

Jenna Lee Riley, 15, of Moodus, beloved daughter of Matthew and Lisa (Russotto) Riley, died unexpectedly on Thursday, September 20, 2012.

Born December 31st, 1996 in Williamsburg, Virginia, she had lived in Moodus for the past 12 years.

Jenna was a student at the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts in Hartford.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her great grandfather, Harry Chandler of Florida and Massachusetts; her paternal grandparents Terry E. Riley of Virginia, Charlene Riley of Ohio; maternal grandfather Karl F. Russotto of Enfield; her loving sister Patricia "Tricia" Riley of Moodus; three aunts Karlene Sullivan, Shannon Madden, Amy Russotto; three uncles Steven Russotto, Mark Sullivan, Kenny Madden; and many loving cousins; she was predeceased by her maternal grandmother Patricia Russotto.

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 26th at 10 a.m. at St. Bridget's Church in Moodus. Burial will be private, at the convenience of the family.

Friends may call at the Spencer Funeral Home, 112 Main St., East Hampton, today Tuesday Sept. 25 from 2-4 p.m. and again from 6-9 p.m.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Jenna Lee Riley Memorial Fund c/o Bank of America, 9 East High St., East Hampton, CT, 06424.

Donations will go to organizations that touched Jenna's life.
