From the fitness family who brought you Ninja Fitness and birthday parties, and the Teen Strength and Conditioning program, Crossfit Ironworks and HK Fitness are proud to present their first Kids Fitness Fair on Sunday, May 7 for children ages 5-16. This event will take place at Crossfit Ironworks, 66 Killingworth Road, Higganum from noon to 5pm. Age appropriate activities will include open ninja gym, max pull up test, max burpee test, 1 rep max bench press, 500 meter max row and many more! Parents can stay to watch their child participate or drop them off. The cost for this all day event is $20 and snacks will be served. This event is open to the public.
