According to Dr. Ciocca, one of the most common reasons for having a neuropsychological assessment is usually a school age child, adolescent, or a college/graduate student is experiencing difficulty in one or more areas in school such as problems paying attention in classes; difficulty following through and completing assignments; struggling to get reading done because it takes too long; or reading, but not understanding what was read.

Dr. Ciocca studied under prominent neuropsychologists (Alfredo Ardila and Monica Rosselli) in her Masters and Doctoral studies, completed a two-year post-doctoral training in neuropsychology at the Institute of Living/Hartford Hospital and has independently practiced clinical neuropsychology in the area since 1996. A strong client advocate, Dr. Ciocca specializes in comprehensive, independent, objective, and ethical neuropsychological evaluations. Her office is located in Farmington, Connecticut.
