New Tap Class, INT/AVD at Vinnie's Jump & Jive Wed 6-7pm

Join Kate Cavenagh on Wednesday nights starting April 13th from 6-7pm for Int/Adv Tap at Vinnie's Jump & Jive on Main Street in Middletown!

Learn how to create music with your feet through rhythm technique, footwork, accents, phrasing, and musicality. We will draw from the old school Hoofer style with its roots in Jazz as well as the new school street style which takes inspiration from hip hop and funk to expand our Tap vocabulary as well as our creativity. We will tackle several styles and approaches in each class in order to fully appreciate the art form, and since everyone learns differently, anyone who is interested is encouraged to come!

If you've never Tapped before, you're in luck because Rebecca Cashman is teaching an Absolute Beginner Tap class on Wednesdays from 5-6pm!

So slap on those taps and let's make some noise!
