Over 300 In Haddam Without Power: Eversource

Though the worst parts of Friday's nor'easter aren't expected until later, hundreds are already without power in Haddam.

HADDAM, CT — Hundreds in Haddam are already without power even though the worst parts of Friday's nor'easter have yet to arrive. Connecticut is currently in the midst of a powerful storm, which has left over 4,000 residents around the state without power.

According to Eversource, approximately 321 customers in Haddam are without power Friday as of 1:28 p.m. This number represents approximately 8 percent of the 3,946 customers served in Haddam, according to Eversource.

Approximately 75 customers in Killingworth and 33 customers in East Haddam were also reported to be without power as of 1:28 p.m. on Friday.

Over 10,000 residents and businesses around the state were without power as of the early afternoon, and the worst of the storm is yet to come.
