Part-Time Client Liaison Opening at Adorable Pets Veterinary Center

Adorable Pets Veterinary Center is seeking a receptionist who is intelligent, motivated, hard-working, reliable, personable, and friendly to assist our current staff with the increased number of patient appointments and interactions.

Veterinary experience is preferred but not required.

This is a part-time position that could lead to a full-time position.

Weekends and evenings will be required up to 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: calendar management/booking appointments, answering phones, checking clients and their pets in for appointments, interacting with clients, client education, discussing finances with clients, and other various responsibilities.

Applicant MUST multi-task and MUST demonstrate attention to detail!
